Let’s keep
Del Mar College
moving forward.
01
Student Success
We are more focused than ever on student completions because our local priorities and state funding models now align. We awarded 2,149 degrees and certificates in AY2025 which set a 15-year record for DMC!
02
Growing our Enrollment
Over 22,000 students enroll each year in credit & continuing education courses. About half of those are seeking academic degrees or transfer credits and about half are seeking certificates or enrolled in job training. We launched the Freedom to Dream tuition waiver program for in-district students who sign a contract to attend full time and finish their degree in three years or less. As a result, we have seen exponential growth in enrollment and the number of students who attend full-time. The investment in our local students is working!
03
Fiscal Accountability
The community invests in Del Mar College in order to keep our tuition and fees at a reasonable level. My goal is to balance those competing interests and keep DMC affordable for both students and taxpayers.
In my campaign for re-election to the
Board of Regents,
